Tips are always appreciated but never required. If you're pleased with your service, a tip of 15-20% is customary in the transportation industry. You can tip in cash or add a tip when paying by card.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for guaranteed availability. However, we often accommodate same-day bookings based on availability. For airport transfers, we suggest booking 2-3 days ahead.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance receive full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Emergency cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis.
