1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Air Jamaica Transit Corporation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Air Jamaica Transit Corporation provides ground transportation services including but not limited to:

• Airport shuttle services
• Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT)
• School bus services
• Taxi services
• Executive transportation
• Corporate transportation

3. Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person for any lawful reason. Reservations may be made via phone, email, or our online booking system.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit cards, and approved payment methods. Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. No-shows may be charged the full fare amount.

6. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. The Company reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any passenger who engages in inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to:

• Threatening or abusive language
• Damage to vehicle property
• Intoxication or drug use
• Smoking in vehicles
• Failure to comply with driver instructions

7. Liability Limitations

While we maintain comprehensive insurance coverage and follow strict safety protocols, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, except as required by law.

8. Lost and Found

The Company is not responsible for lost or forgotten items. However, we will make reasonable efforts to return found items to their rightful owners. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have left items in our vehicles.

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.
