Service starts only after authorization and a confirmed route. AJTC then coordinates the practical details that recurring workforce transportation demands—from individualized pickup planning to documented arrivals and responsive exception management.
Shared-route coordination
Compatible schedules can be combined when authorized, reducing duplicate vehicle movement without combining records.

Translation-enabled text messages help riders, families, counselors, and program teams receive trip updates in their preferred language.
Exception handling
When a vehicle, driver, traffic condition, or schedule changes, dispatch works to adjust and communicate promptly. Coverage depends on available vehicles and drivers.

When two or more interns have compatible locations and schedules, AJTC can propose a shared route for approval. Every participant still maintains an individual authorization, trip record, and billing trail.

AI-Enabled Transportation Management
AJTC coordinates recurring transportation through a network of licensed professional drivers who undergo criminal-background screening through applicable government and law-enforcement systems.
Trips are scheduled, dispatched, GPS-tracked, monitored, and documented through AJTC’s AI-enabled Transportation Management System. The platform supports route planning, trip communications, exception monitoring, and performance reporting—all with human operational oversight.
Some trips may be performed by qualified independent transportation operators. Each operator remains responsible for safe and lawful driving, while AJTC remains responsible for service coordination, trip documentation, quality standards, and contractual accountability.
Who this service fits
AJTC currently provides transportation for ambulatory riders — interns who can walk to the vehicle and board a standard sedan, SUV, or van. We do not operate wheelchair-accessible vehicles at this time.
If an intern requires a wheelchair-accessible vehicle, tell us at intake and we will point you to a provider who can serve that trip.
