Who is Reggae Finder for?
Reggae Finder is for parents, guardians and approved adult riders. Before family access becomes available, AJTC will verify rider consent or legal authority.
How will invitations work?
AJTC staff will first confirm which rider you are authorized to view. The separate Reggae Finder service will then provide a secure, expiring, single-use invitation. Creating an account alone will not grant ride access. Family access is not available yet.
When will tracking be available?
The planned service will show only the assigned vehicle during the authorized trip window. It will not reveal other riders or a driver’s off-duty movements. Live tracking and alerts are Coming soon; neither is available yet.
What happens if access is revoked?
Revocation must end access on open screens and live connections as well as future sign-ins. That behavior must be verified with the invitation service before customer access is enabled.
Who can help with an invitation or ride?
Contact AJTC using the existing Contact page or the Dispatch / Office details in the website footer. Staff can review access questions. This preview does not send invitation requests.
